upcoming court case seeking perverse verdict | Activism / Campaigns | Forum

I have an upcoming cultivation charge (57 plants) at St Albans crown court in the next month or so and hope to persuade the jury to come up with a perverse verdict ie agreeing that I broke the law but that I am not guilty of a crime as they are capable of doing even if the judge directs them to find me guilty.I believe I have a good medical case,with doctors support,capable of overturning the Quayle decision although at my last trial in the same court in Jan 2010,I was given an ABSOLUTE discharge for cultivatiing 67 plants without being allowed to mention ANYTHING medical to the jury.It would be most helpful if any of you can help me prepare this case as I am doing it alone so far although I have got legal aid and hopefully Ben Cooper as my barrister again(although last time he couldnt do much as the judge ruled there was no defence in law,he resigned and I defended my self for 2 days mostly arguing with the judge about what I could and couldnt say….it seemed unfair at the time but the judge was as lenient as he could possibly be…this case is identical and I hope for an even more positive verdict which would force the Govt into a judicial review….can anyone help?
