Cannabis & kidney stones Crown court beckons AGAIN! | Medicinal Cannabis | Forum

I have been cultivating & using cannabis for over 35 years as treatment for recurring kidney stones due to a condition called cystinuria.

My doctors agree that is has worked and have supported me through 2 previous busts over the last 3 years.The first bust caught me in mid harvest,I had 72 plants and many ounces drying…I received a caution.

The 2nd case in Jan 2010 was a 4 day trial at St Albans (for 67 plants)where I was NOT allowed a medical defence but was given an ABSOLUTE DISCHARGE with no fine or costs.

I now have a 3rd trial coming up at St Albans soon where I hope to persuade the jury to come up with a perverse verdict…acknowldging that I grew the plants but finding me not guilty of a crime….all 3 busts were within my own property,did not affect anyone else and there is no suggestion of any other crime,therefore multiple Human Rights are being breached.

With kidney stones,they are not only rather painful but tend to block causing bleeding,possibly blood poisoning and inevitably hospitalisation.

Using cannabis in the form of milk,it relaxes the abdominal muscles allowing passage of stone while remaining conscious…..morphine based painkillers just knock me out and are dangerous over a long period of time.All painkillers have a low lethal dose whereas cannabis does not have a lethal dose.I make the milk with 3 handful of leaves/trimmings to a pint of milk,slowly simmered for 20 mins,strained and flavoured any way you like!

I know for a fact that cannabis has saved my life after all i was told at 30 that my life expectancy was between 37 and 42 years…I am now 57 and take NO other drugs.

I believe I have a human right to life,to hold beliefs,to practice those beliefs in my own home without interference from authorities without affecting the public and hope to convince a jury likewise.

Can anyone tell me the outcome of Mark Lucass case earlier this year please?
