Olly does more than help; he designed the site, installed it, configured all the plugs-ins and does all the difficult coding. Without Olly we would not have this site, so a big thanks to him!

Don't know if someone tweaked something but I can see all the buttons now, ta.

Rev. Paul Farnhill, founder of the Cannabis Assembly and notified private spiritual cultivator and consumer of cannabis. Home Office/CPS has been refusing to prosecute me for cultivation since '04. Although I'm fair game obviously if I do silly things like threaten to kill the PM *cough* I've let the CA fly free and it now runs itself and has groups in many languages and countries and more members than I dare consider thinking about.

Active in lots of things, mostly Human Rights issues though was part of first UK Occupy camp and am a very un-anon Anon. Unfortunately not sure how much longer I'll be active as heart's on the way out but I'll keep ranting as long as it keeps pumping.

Can be found mostly on Twitter winding up politicians. @RevPaulCA

I'm so glad to see the forum is finally working

I am originally from Poland, but I have been living in Belfast for 7 years now and consider it my second home. I came here to study Irish medieval history, but I found so many close friends here, got a job and rooted here so much that I don't really see myself leaving earlier than for my retirement

I have been smoking cannabis for 15 years, usage varying from very occasional to abusive. It has disrupted my life a bit in my teens, but I managed to fix myself on my own. Since then I was an occasional, very moderate smoker, until this year, when I found out that it could greatly and comprehensively help me with side effects of antidepressants intake and then withdrawal. I have made the decision to help myself in this manner after consulting my GP who had a very understanding and knowledgable attitude towards it. So I became a medicinal user.

This occured around the time of 420. I got the invitation, went there, met a few people, started doing some (and then a lot) reading on the subject. Of course, I was aware of lower risks of cannabis intake comparing to other, legally obtainable drugs. Of course I thought cannabis should be legalised. But it did not trouble me too much until recently, when it became a more personal matter. I am still amazed especially at the fact that it is such a promising substance in cancer treatment and still the governments around the world do not want to recognise it and actually supress or twist the information they provide to the public! I must admit that I was skeptical about it before and thought of the whole thing as yet another conspiracy theory, but then I started searching through medical journals and databases. Unbelievable!

And so here I am - a newbie of the movement, but a determined one. I have gone to some events, I have written a couple of texts, I have a few ideas for the future and I have signed up with NORML. Btw, I'm still waiting for my badge

I am happy to see a fellow citizen But I'm afraid it's not going to be a matter of months. There is a lot of work to do. There are still so many people believing that cannabis is pure evil, destroys lives, causes violence and crime. Having a representative on a big scene is great, but the major work needs to be done on a local level, I believe. And that's what I'm going to do

Hi my name is Jo. I am a long term medical and recreational cannabis consumer. Originally from UK, now residing in rural Ibiza. I have been actively campaigning and educating since 2008. I have a nasty neuropathic pain condition in most of my left hand side.. its called CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome), the rescription medication nearly killed me, but increasing my intake of the right strains of cannabis (and sunshine) have given me my life back.

Nice to meet every one of you, I'm sure we will all meet up one day to share so nice herb with each other, every single one of us have at least one thing in common and that's our love for cannabis, that love makes us a community, we will fight together so that one day our love for cannabis will become reality where we will be left in peace and quiet to consume our herb, this is my body, I have my own mind that knows right from wrong, the pains I have are all mine so is my disability, the medication I use is cannabis, no one will ever stop me from consuming cannabis even if the introduced the death penalty.

Nice to meet you all

Amen to that Des, keep up the good work bud.

My name is scott and I have been a recreational user of cannabis for about 23yrs now on and off (mainly on).

About 8yrs ago I got run over and had to have my leg amputated above knee, I since have suffered from extreme phantom pain and have tried prescription meds which had no effect on the pain what so ever just made me feel a bit horrid, and it soon became apparent that if I was to medicate with cannabis throughout the day I would feel a major reduction in the pain. The worst used to be at night, if it was a bad episode of phantom pain I would be up all night and be so drained in the morning, now a joint before bed and all is well, and the times I do wake up now I just go outside have another joint and off I pop upstairs to sleep again, no problem.

And they would arrest you for dealing with your own pain management. Shame on them.

I trade in the stock market and am self educated as far as that is concerned (used to work on building sites as labourer), put my self in collage and work out in the gym daily, yes all whilst I am 'stoned' ………….Now tell me it saps your motivation.

I have only recently become aware of Rick Simpsons (and others) work and the great cancer healing properties (read the antineoplastic activity of cannabinoids report) of this great herb, I always knew it was a wonder plant but not this much.

After reading into some of the corporation monopoly and corruption since entering the stock market and coupled with people being denied this healing herb, I have had enough………My plan now is to open a cannabis and hemp themed cafe and turn a blind eye to all who choose to medicate with cannabis on the premises.. Support would be appreciated and I will document the progress on http://www.facebook.com/HazeCa…..eleicester so please follow/join/like/support.

If any one knows of any hemp product wholesalers in the UK I would really appreciate it if you could let me know.

Enjoing your work guys and looking forward to helping the cause.

Have you tried yaoh.co.uk, they sell a range of hemp body care and nutritional supplement products. I can highly recommend their sun skin care range. They are based near Bristol.
